At St Barnabas we recognise that different people value different styles of worship and so we offer a variety of Sunday services: from a family focus at 10.30am to a quiet Taizé service and a formal 9am Holy Communion. To find out more just see below!

10.30am Family Communion (2nd, 4th, 5th)
- Family focused
- Biblical sermons that are applied to everyday life
- Inspiring sung worship with a mixture of modern songs and rousing hymns
- Children leave for Sunday Club after a children's action song then return during the administration of communion
10.30am Morning Worship (1st and 3rd Sunday)
- Testimony time when anyone can share what the Lord is doing in his/her life (on the 1st Sunday)
- Prayer ministry is available as part of the service and also after the service if needed
- Inspiring sung worship
- Biblical sermon that is applied to everyday life
9am Holy Communion (1st and 3rd only)
- Formal (Common Worship)
- Up to 10 minute homily
- Robed
- Quiet
- One traditional hymn
- No more than three quarters of an hour
10.30am All Age Worship (3rd Sunday)
- Fun friendly and informal with participation expected from ALL ages
- Drama and games
- Action and contemporary songs as well as rousing traditional hymns
- Visually illustrated talks
- No more than one hour long
6.30pm Taizé (2nd and 4th)
- Quiet and simple service
- Uses repetitive songs and silence in a candlelight space
- Come to lay down burdens and seek the face of God
